Pediatric Home Care
Family-Centered Care Where Kids are Most Comfortable
Visiting Nurse Association Health Group understands how a child’s illness or injury can affect the entire family. That is why our family-centered pediatric home care helps children and families restore a sense of normalcy by reducing the need for endless trips to the doctor's office or hospital. Registered nurses who specialize in treating children offer skilled, compassionate nursing at home, which allows you to focus more on your child and less on logistics.
Pediatric Home Care in NJ Lets Kids Be Kids
For an extra level of care, our medical social workers, home health aides and other VNA clinicians coordinate resources to develop a comprehensive care plan that is specially designed to help your child flourish in alignment with your existing health care providers. At the same time, we equip parents to support their child’s progress while connecting them to other services and resources within our Children and Family Health Institute.
Connected Health Apps for Connected Families
Our array of digital health apps is an optional resource for families who want their pediatrician and select family members to monitor their child’s progress. Apps like Medocity or TigerText also offer an additional way to communicate with your VNA clinical team and access tools and resources. These services are provided by our Connected Health Institute.
