The Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at Monmouth Medical Center presents:

 

Free Breast Cancer Screening and Education Program

This program will offer screening mammograms for women, an opportunity to meet breast surgeon Stephen Chagares, M.D., a High Risk Cancer Program assessment, breast health education, refreshments and giveaways.

Mammograms for women without insurance will be paid for by the Central and South Jersey Affiliate of Susan G. Komen or the New Jersey Cancer Education and Early Detection Program, Monmouth County (NJ CEED). Susan G. Komen Central and South Jersey has awarded a grant to RWJBarnabas Health to promote early breast cancer detection. NJCEED is part of the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services and provides comprehensive screening services for breast, cervical, prostate, and colorectal cancer.

 

Women with insurance will have their visit submitted through their insurance company. Please make sure you have insurance information available at the time of registration.

 

For an appointment, call 732-923-6509. the program is limited to 30 screening appointments, so early registration is suggested.
