Located in Asbury Park, NJ, Interfaith Neighbors supports the community of underprivileged persons in Monmouth County, NJ. Senior care services provided are the Meals-On-Wheels program which supplies a noonday meal for approximately 4,000 senior citizens annually. They also have programs for disadvantaged families including housing options; and the community youth as they are sponsors for the Monmouth County Youth Corps.

Nurse Family Partnership (NFP)

Home health aide services offered by the VNA Health Group provide guidance for the emotional, social, and physical challenges these first-time moms face as they prepare to become parents. Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition Program
Pregnant and nursing mothers, and children up to 5 years of age receive nutritional counseling, anemia screening and vouchers for the purchase of selected nutritious foods through the VNA Health Group WIC Supplemental Nutrition Program available in Monmouth and Middlesex counties and parts of Somerset county.
