2-1-1 is the first three-digit telephone number dedicated to health, human services, and community life. Find services to prevent crisis with early intervention. NJ residents can search the database for an agency or program for hospice care in NJ, financial assistance, new mom or elder care. New Jersey agency professionals are able to streamline their research by communicating with each other and receive improved access to community resources, initiatives, reports and trend analysis.

ElderCare Online
ElderCare Online is an internet community of those providing elder care. New Jersey residents caring for aging parents and elderly loved ones can find in-home care, NJ senior care, government resources, and local assistance programs. Improve the quality of life for yourself and your elder with advice from an online community where supportive peers and professionals are there for you.

Interfaith Neighbors
Located in Asbury Park, NJ, Interfaith Neighbors supports the community of underprivileged persons in Monmouth County, NJ. Senior care services provided are the Meals-On-Wheels program which supplies a noonday meal for approximately 4,000 senior citizens annually. They also have programs for disadvantaged families including housing options; and the community youth as they are sponsors for the Monmouth County Youth Corps.

Monmouth County Division of Social Services
The County of Monmouth has many informative resources and social services available to county residents and the live-in caregiver. NJ government programs offered though the County include food, medical, housing, child care, financial, energy, legal, employment assistance and many more programs to help Monmouth County residents.

NJ State Board of Nursing
An integral part of our healthcare team, all NJ Home Health Aides are certified by the NJ State Board of Nursing and work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to assist with the activities of daily living. All our NJ live-in caregivers are carefully assessed based on skill, compassion, patience, reliability and a true desire to help others.

Nurse Family Partnership (NFP)
Through a partnership with the United Way of Central Jersey, trained NFP nursing professionals with an extensive background in maternal child health provide weekly or biweekly visits to mothers living in Middlesex County and Franklin Township, and since 2007, the residents in Monmouth County, NJ. Home health aide services offered by the VNA Health Group provide guidance for the emotional, social, and physical challenges these first-time moms face as they prepare to become parents. Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition Program
Pregnant and nursing mothers, and children up to 5 years of age receive nutritional counseling, anemia screening and vouchers for the purchase of selected nutritious foods through the VNA Health Group WIC Supplemental Nutrition Program available in Monmouth and Middlesex counties and parts of Somerset county.
