James S Vaccaro named Chairman of the Board of Visiting Nurse Association Health Group

Largest visiting nurse association in New Jersey names new board chair
RED BANK, October 2, 2012 – Visiting Nurse Association Health Group, (VNAHG), announced today the appointment of James S. Vaccaro, as the new chairman of the Visiting Nurse Association Health Group Board of Trustees. Mr. Vaccaro has been an active board member since 2003 and served as Treasurer of the VNA Health Group board since 2009.

Mr. Vaccaro is currently President and CEO of Manasquan Savings Bank. He has a long-standing career in banking, serving as former CEO of Monmouth Community Bank which he helped form in 1998 and later as CEO and Chairman of Central Jersey Bancorp, a $600 million Bank Holding Company where he was instrumental in its 2010 merger with Kearny Financial Corp. In 2011, Vaccaro was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Springpoint Senior Living, Inc. Vaccaro is a graduate of Ursinus College and an advanced certificate program from Harvard Graduate School of Business. He serves on numerous local boards including Monmouth University, Barnabas Health, Monmouth Medical Center, NJ Repertory Theater, Preventions First Leadership Cabinet and Interfaith Neighbors Advisory Board. Vaccaro is a life-long resident of Monmouth County, New Jersey, and currently resides in West Allenhurst with his wife JoAnn. They have three grown children.
